Normally we will ship your order within 48 hours (expect weekend and holiday). For the most package will be delivered in 3-5 business day by FedEx. For the oversize package may take 5-7 business day to delivery.

Orders placed by noon EST Monday through Friday generally ship the same day, while orders placed after noon EST generally ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, ship Monday morning.

Our products are delivered in two ways, ------Front Door Parcel Delivery (FedEx /UPSGround) to delivery address. ------LTL Truck Delivery for some larger fire table that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits For the FedEx /UPS delivery, it usually will take 3-5 business day to arrive the front door. For the LTL Truck delivery, it usually will take 5-7 business day, then the trucking company will contact you for the delivery time.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also locate your tracking information by clicking the My Account link at the top right side of this page and logging into your account.

You may return unopened items in their original condition for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days. If there is any quality problem, we will provide the return label for you. But if there is no quality problem, customers may need afford the shipping fee.

The email you received upon shipment of your order may have contained a tracking number for your shipment. If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at support@icosiest.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will be happy to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item at our expense.

We are currently only able to offer exchanges for the same item if there are any quality problem with the item, which we will dispatch to you upon receipt of the returned item.
