Yes. We do charge sales tax based on different states sales tax rules.

Your credit card will be charged in approximately half to one days.

You may find an empty box on the checkout page with some hint words of gift card or discount code. Please copy your discount code and paste to that box, then hit apply.

Cosiest has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in our store ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Shipping

If you find our products on pre-order status, it would probably take one to three months to get to you. Shipping estimates are typically found on each product page.

You can always make changes if the products are still in the warehouse. Once we ship them out, you may not make changes anymore.

Yes. We offer free shipping sitewide and contactless delivery on all orders to ensure customers’ safety.

Once your order ships out, you will receive a shipping information email contains both the tracking number and the estimate delivery time. You may also call to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience. You can also locate your tracking information by clicking the My Account link at the top right side of this page and logging into your account.

Generally, we use FedEx and UPS as our primary carriers.

You will receive an email notification of the restock information. Usually, we choose to ship the in-stock products to our customers first in case the inventory run out. 

At this point, we only ship within the United States area. 

We are sorry that we do not provide the installation service. Customers need to refer to the instruction manual to stall the furniture by themselves.

The email you received upon shipment of your order may have contained a tracking number for your shipment. Return and Exchange

Usually, it takes about 3-5 business days for you to receive the refund.

Our products have one-year warranty.

We are currently only able to offer exchanges for the same item if there are any quality problem with the item, which we will dispatch to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at support@icosiest.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will be happy to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item at our expense.

Maintenance

We suggest you to have your outdoor furniture covered and place in your garage or somewhere indoor when not using, especially under extreme weather condition.

Although our products are water resistant, we still suggest you to have them covered when raining. Please move them indoor under heavy rain.

Our pillowcases are detachable. When cleaning, please remove the pillowcase and clean it with a neutral detergent.

Basically, you can wipe clean with water or neutral detergent.

Yes. Our wicker material is environmentally friendly.

Magnesium oxide is currently the most widely used chemical thickener, with many advantages such as fast thickening speed and wide raw material sources. Magnesium oxide is very important in the role of composite materials, which can act as a thickener and increase the brightness of FRP.

No, the magnesium oxide material would not get rusty.

If you do not use it for a long time, they need to be placed in a cool and ventilated place. The rain cover will peel off due to moisture when covered for a long time. Under normal daily use, it needs be covered when raining and opened when it is not raining to keep the fire pit dry.

Magnesium oxide has good heat resistance, which is why they are usually used as fire pit material.
