Our products are delivered in two ways, ------Front Door Parcel Delivery (FedEx /UPSGround) to delivery address. ------LTL Truck Delivery for some larger fire table that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits For the FedEx /UPS delivery, it usually will take 3-5 business day to arrive the front door. For the LTL Truck delivery, it usually will take 5-7 business day, then the trucking company will contact you for the delivery time.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also locate your tracking information by clicking the My Account link at the top right side of this page and logging into your account.
You may return unopened items in their original condition for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days. If there is any quality problem, we will provide the return label for you. But if there is no quality problem, customers may need afford the shipping fee.
